Some of you may have heard Mel giving Dave Hughes naturopath advice live on his Nova 101 Breakfast Show on Tuesday! And guess who her first patient was? I have real trouble sleeping through the night and wake up between 1.30am and 3.30am and just can't get back to sleep. I end up watching TV or chatting to my friends on Facebook.
