Our Cancellation Policy
At Cambridge Beauty and Wellness Centre, we know your time is extremely valuable. How do we know this? Because our time is valuable, too!
To be straight up, when you book in an appointment, we lock out that time just for you. If someone else calls and wants that same timeslot, we politely turn them down because we’ve reserved that special time just for you.
That means, in the unfortunate event that you need to cancel, we may end up losing business. So, that’s why we need our Cancellation Policy – to make sure we’re here in many years to come to continue looking after you.
Here’s our policy, which we believe is fair for all of our valued clients:
- We ask for 24 hours notice when you need to cancel or reschedule. Otherwise, 50% of the treatment charge may apply.
- If you don’t show up for your appointment, we will charge for the full price of the missed appointment.
Plus, treatment appointments of an hour and over require a 50% deposit.

Like a goodie bag that comes with your favourite magazine, Cambridge Beauty and Wellness Centre offers you the chance to take our services for a spin. You can experience our centre at a sample session on Wednesdays and Thursdays between 9.30am and midday and 2pm and 5.30pm.
To book your place, simply complete the form below and we’ll see you there! If you’re a new client but can’t come along to a sample session, simply complete the form below to save 30% on your first treatment*. (Make sure you select the 30% off voucher in the special option field.)
